By deeply understanding customer friction and business value, you’ll lead an innovative and passionate team of engineers using cutting-edge technologies like AI, Machine Learning, LLM, Agentic workflows, Kafka, Java Springboot, Microservices, Kubernetes, and AWS. As a development leader, you will provide the strategic vision to navigate complex integrations and coach your team to redefine the CRM landscape. Together, we will build a product that doesn't just manage leads, but powers the entire financial engine for Company’s global offerings.
Hands on participation in software engineering work
Experience with the building Agentic workflows is a big plus
BS in Computer Science / MIS or equivalent work-related experience

To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Company conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: $213,500-$288,500 for Mountain View, $208,000-$281,500 for NYC, and $173,500-$234,500 in Atlanta
