By deeply understanding customer friction and business value, you’ll lead an innovative and passionate team of engineers using cutting-edge technologies like AI, Machine Learning, LLM, Agentic workflows, Kafka, Java Springboot, Microservices, Kubernetes, and AWS. As a development leader, you will provide the strategic vision to navigate complex integrations and coach your team to redefine the CRM landscape. • Foster a strong and inclusive engineering culture that develops the technical capabilities of the team
• Bring out the best ideas from engineers by empowering them and leading by example where appropriate
• Provide ongoing expectations, feedback and coaching to engineers as they navigate their career path
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment with partners across the business

• Participate in architectural processes for the various elements of the platform

Hands on participation in software engineering work

• Strong demonstrated experience delivering scalable experiences and demonstrated experience leading a back-end development team
• Ability to create a vision and relentlessly drive toward ideal state in partnership with product management
• Adept at articulating the technology vision
• Strong collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders and driving to alignment on technology direction.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to contribute and review architectures, design and code.
• Passion for technology with hands on software development experience
• Proven record of accomplishment of managing high performance engineering teams
• Very good understanding of software engineering practices and high velocity agile development.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team with cross functional collaboration and global delivery.
• Experience with the CRM domain is a big plus

Experience with the building Agentic workflows is a big plus

• Experience with technologies: Java, Web Services, Kafka, Springboot, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, AWS, Microservices Architecture, CI/CD.
• Required Education:

BS in Computer Science / MIS or equivalent work-related experience

The expected base pay range for this position is: $213,500-$288,500 for Mountain View, $208,000-$281,500 for NYC, and $173,500-$234,500 in Atlanta
