This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Customer Success Engineer. This role is crucial in driving customer satisfaction and ensuring the seamless onboarding and lifecycle management of clients. You will engage directly with customers, addressing technical challenges and understanding their needs to drive product improvements. Your expertise will empower partners to maximize their use of our SaaS solutions, fostering a collaborative approach to enhance the overall customer experience. Accountabilities

  • Engage in technical discussions with data scientists and engineers, showcasing the product’s value to company executives.
  • Present product roadmaps, manage escalations, and conduct regular status calls.
  • Collaborate with the case resolution team to resolve customer requests and escalations.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for solution implementation throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Assist customers in migrating from on-prem solutions to cloud-based services.
  • Participate in governance meetings to strategize on customer adoption and usage.
  • Collect customer feedback to enhance product offerings.

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in network administration or information systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Proven experience in customer success and service delivery.
  • Familiarity with SaaS infrastructure and various platform architectures.
  • Experience with similar products in the market.
