• This role leads MAIL Performance Reporting and Analysis , delivering actionable insights to improve sales performance, optimize operations, and support long-term growth
• Develop and deliver data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and sales results
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across regional and divisional reporting
• Oversee pipeline and forecasting metrics, including U.S. and Canadian Salesforce data
• Prepare monthly bookings forecasts and quarterly performance reviews
• Provide strategic insights on KPIs, CAC/LTV, and competitive intelligence

Drive cross-functional collaboration and lead through organizational change

• Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and operational reporting
• Strong financial acumen (P&L analysis, performance optimization)
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and analytical tools
