  • This role is responsible for leading, developing, hiring, and coaching a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) covering North America (Canada and the United States)
  • The Manager will drive outbound strategy, performance metrics, and a high-accountability culture across SMB, Mid
  • Market, and Enterprise segments, supporting both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing customers
  • Manage, develop, and hire for a growing team of talented sales development representatives
  • Drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales development goals
  • Track sales team metrics and report data to senior leadership regularly
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
  • Motivate team members through creative incentives

Требования

  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR manager
  • Experience at a high-growth tech company selling to the SMB and/or Mid
  • Market segment; preferably working with buyer personas such as C-levels, founders, and/or HR/Immigration leaders
  • Highly fluent in designing and implementing outbound sales development strategies, cadences, and best practices
  • Experience with scaling an SDR team and planning career paths, segmenting the team, and running strategic outbound campaigns
  • Strong use of data and analytics to drive decision-making, identify areas for improvement, and track progress
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire SDRs to high performance

Work arrangement: flexible remote work; role covers North American markets (Canada and the United States)
