Обязанности

  • You’ll be inspired, and you’ll inspire people across the world to change how they care for themselves and those they love
  • As a Co-op, you will gain hands-on experience with the production of adhesives, polymer resins, monofilament and multifilament extrudate, needle manufacturing, and more!
  • Participate in problem solving efforts by analysis and correction of chemical, electrical, and mechanical operating problems to maintain or improve existing site operations
  • Good documentation practices, including writing test protocols, generating final reports, and documenting meeting minutes
  • Collaborate with Senior Engineers and mentors to implement continuous improvement projects

Deliver end of semester presentations to showcase work to site management and participate in J&J Credo volunteer activities across the site

Требования

  • Completion of your first year with a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative GPA is required
  • Authorization to work in the United States and not require sponsorship in the future is required (F-1 student Visa status is accepted with CPT)
  • Dedication to working full time (40 hours per week) on-site for the duration of the co-op is required
  • Expected to provide your own transportation to and from the work location
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future

Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship

Enrollment in an accredited college/university pursuing a Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Plastics Engineering, or similar degree is required
