Temp Market Managers Needed In Gainesville, FL! RedPeg Marketing is seeking experienced, enthusiastic and professional ROCKSTAR Market Managers to lead a local promotional program. Market Managers will be responsible for local guerrilla activations as well as anchor events in the area. Job Description: MUST Attend training on the client \tEnsure proper marketing collateral are stocked at various key intersection during guerrilla activations \tExecute on site activations at anchor events assigned \tHand out marketing collateral and premiums at events \tUpdate online reporting tool with all necessary collected information from each event \tHold consistent verbal and email communication during event set up, execution and breakdown \t Assist in executing events throughout the 12 week length \tTake 6-10 pictures of events focusing on branding of event and resident interactions \tRetain brand knowledge and communicate message points intelligently to consumers \tAttract, interact and encourage consumers to enter gas card giveaway \tAssist with the traffic flow of consumers throughout the event footprint \tCollect information from every target consumer and Keep track of information collected \tLead and manage set up, maintenance and breakdown of the event space Potential interaction with media: radio, TV, press Train part-time staff on program goals and event activation \tCommunication with Field Director any needs Maintain the cleanliness of the event area Distribute premiums and maintain an accurate inventory of product The right candidate must have the following qualification \tMust have promotional experience, Tour Manager Experience \tProfessional appearance \tExcellent client service skills \tOutgoing, professional, reliable, and motivated \tMust be comfortable talking to consumers, speaking in front of crowds, and interacting with clients \tMust be able to lift 35lbs \tMust be able to endure extreme outdoor temperatures \tLocal to the Gainesville, FL Market
