We’re looking for a Media Planner, Programmatic to help manage day-to-day planning, execution, oversight, and reporting of our programmatic and other paid media efforts. You will work closely with both internal teams and agency partners to scale paid media investment and expand into new channels, such as YouTube, Connected TV, etc. You’re someone with hands-on programmatic buying experience who understands how media operates in-platform, but is excited to grow into strategy and leadership. You’ll be expected to provide thoughtful feedback on media plans, analyze performance, and help scale investment effectively. You’ll report to our Programmatic Manager.

Up to $25k towards family building, reproductive health services and Gender-affirming care $500 per year for wellness expenses Subscriptions to Headspace (meditation), Headspace Care (therapy), and One Medical $120 per month to spend on tickets to live events
The salary range for this role is $63,000 - $92,000 USD. In addition, you may receive a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
