- The role is responsible for educating prospective members about Medicare Advantage and related products, generating self-sourced enrollments, and creating trusted, face-to-face community relationships to grow Humana’s local presence
- Build trust and educate individuals about Humana Medicare Advantage plans and complementary products (Life, Dental, Vision, Prescription coverage)
- Conduct face-to-face interactions, including in-home visits, community events, grassroots marketing and scheduled appointments
- Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand market share within the designated territory
- Engage with customers through a mix of in-person, virtual and phone interactions
- Deliver presentations and group outreach to educate seniors and community organizations
- Represent Humana at local events, volunteer opportunities and partnerships to create personal connections and referrals
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with company processes, licensing and training requirements
- Participate in mandatory training (first five weeks) and occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings
- Candidates must live in the designated territory to serve local members effectively
