• Manage internal and external timeline for agreement turn around time
• Assist in improving existing agreements and implementing changes broadly with various internal teams
• Monitor client agreement workflows and advise as the primary legal counsel for workflows owned by the counsel
• Communicate, organize and execute on cross-team goals and projects, by advising internal teams to solve legal issues during negotiations

You demonstrate close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects

• Experienced in negotiating a variety of complex agreements and has an understanding of transaction management
• Comfort and experience negotiating with opposing outside counsel
• Strong understanding of agreement terms and its impact across different internal teams and the company as a whole
• Have a deep knowledge of the strategy of Anchorage Digital and its various business lines
• Actively engage with different groups to work on understanding historical transactions as well as requirements for executing on go-forward global strategy
• Able to communicate complex issues clearly and credibly across a wide range of audiences

You have a J.D degree and 3-6 years of experience

• You have a background in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and deal documents and are comfortable facing highly-sophisticated institutional clients and counterparties
• You have demonstrated experience working closely with the business and other cross functional teams to build new products, solve complex issues, and strategize growth
• You have enthusiasm for crypto and a foundational understanding of the crypto industry and applicable laws/regulations both in the U.S
