• We are seeking a detail-oriented Membership Specialist to manage membership life cycles for large organized customers
• This role involves working independently with advanced systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance while supporting internal and external stakeholders
• Utilize Model N Revenue Manager to maintain membership life cycles, including eligibility updates, additions, and deletions
• Create and manage membership affiliations and eligibility status for direct and indirect customers
• Process master data requests within SAP iShift according to business rules for vaccine accounts
• Resolve membership inquiries from account management teams and ensure synchronization of membership data
• Monitor systems and reporting tools (Revenue Manager, MicroStrategy, and boundary systems) for data accuracy
• Communicate and resolve membership discrepancies with internal and external customers
• Maintain compliance with audit requirements and ensure accurate membership files
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to harmonize processes and resolve issues
• Comply with SOX and Government Pricing policies and procedures

Support SOP documentation guidelines and auditing processes

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
• Proficiency in Excel and data management tools

Experience: 1–3 years

• Pay Rate: $28–$33/hour
• Pay Details: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
