• This position offers the opportunity to provide Level 3 technical expertise while driving digital innovation in laboratory operations
• You'll be at the forefront of implementing advanced solutions that directly impact scientific productivity and patient outcomes
• Provide Level 3 technical support and operational management for laboratory IT infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to lab systems, hardware, and software
• Collaborate with scientists, facilities, and IT teams to deliver new laboratory systems and upgrades
• Maintain and update Inventory/CMDB for all lab IT assets
• Work closely with vendors and remote support teams to ensure high availability of lab solutions
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities

Ensure compliance with IT service delivery standards and business requirements

• Deploy & Upgrade Operating Systems (OS) expertise
• Infrastructure support experience (general IT infrastructure)
• Windows 11 proficiency
• Bash scripting capabilities
• PowerShell scripting skills
• Proven Level 3 IT infrastructure and operations support experience
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem resolution background
