  • What you’ll do

As a National Account Executive, Enterprise, you are the architect of Stripe’s most strategic partnerships in India. You won't just sell a product; you will design the financial backbone for India's AI-native unicorns. You will own the full lifecycle—from identifying the next global-first breakout stars to navigating complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations with C-suite executives. Your mission is to move Stripe from a 'payment provider' to an 'essential growth engine' for Indian businesses scaling globally.

Your mission: help AI-native and global-first Indian merchants scale internationally by positioning Stripe as their essential payments and financial infrastructure partner. You’ll work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to craft tailored solutions, lead high-stakes commercial negotiations, and execute long-term sales strategies that cement Stripe’s presence in the Indian market.

  • Work with both new and existing Stripe customers to develop and execute long-term sales strategies to expand Stripe’s revenue
  • Own the full sales cycle, from business case development, to deal structuring and negotiating, to close
  • Own a named account list and develop account plans for winning and expanding business with high growth technology companies
  • Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities
  • Drive deal strategy and commercial negotiations for large, complex renewals
  • Develop relationships with executive stakeholders within your book of business
  • Be responsible for account mapping and coordinating effective meetings with the appropriate external stakeholders expanding the customer relationship
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process and help shape the Stripe sales culture
  • Who you are

You are a driven, high-energy salesperson combined with technical knowledge who knows how to build a pipeline from scratch, hunt for new opportunities, and win over enterprise clients through persistence and strategic execution. You excel at engaging C-level executives—including CTOs, COOs, and CFOs—in both business and technical conversations, quickly earning trust and positioning Stripe as a must-have solution. With a proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals, you take a consultative approach while maintaining a relentless focus on driving revenue.

Требования

  • 8+ years of software sales experience selling to Enterprise and Digital Natives in the India market, preferably at a technology company, with a track record of top performance.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil / Hindi if needed.
  • Ability to understand the Stripe API and build great relationships with highly technical customers.
  • Ability to understand complex requirements and create value through solution selling.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities including comfort with basic modeling.
  • Experience building strong account relationships with Enterprises originating in India, but building for the world.
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest in technology.
