- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
- Experience: 2–4 years in production engineering or process development.
- Solid understanding of SPC, PFMEA, and lean principles.
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver improvements.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools (Kaizen, 5S, DMAIC)
- Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX)
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, automation, material handling)
- Strong understanding of SPC, PFMEA, and root cause analysis methodologies
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems for routing and documentation updates
- Competence in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, or similar statistical software)
- Knowledge of GD&T and ability to interpret complex engineering drawings
- Role model of safety standards, compliance, and risk mitigation in manufacturing environments
- Hands-on experience with process validation and equipment qualification
