- Serve as the first point of contact by screening phone calls, visitors, and incoming mail; assist the public at the front counter and direct inquires to appropriate staff
- Provide routine information and assist in interpreting and applying policies, procedures, and regulations
- Perform general clerical duties including correspondence preparation, filing, recordkeeping, duplicating materials, and managing office supplies
- Assist with purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and payment request
Support special projects, events, and other administrative tasks as assigned
