We are looking for an office manager who will nourish this kind of atmosphere in our new Madrid office.

In this role, уou will join our actively forming team in Spain and help us build a smooth, welcoming, and well-functioning office environment from the very beginning. You will enjoy the flexibility to express yourself, suggest, and implement changes to improve things in the office and around you.

  • As part of our team, you will:
  • Take care of the office community’s needs.
  • Greet visitors, receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
  • Handle administrative duties and ensure that the office operates smoothly.
  • Communicate with external services, manage office supplies and inventory, and place orders as necessary.
  • Cooperate with government agencies and other local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Cooperate with landlords and handle rent-related tasks and invoices.
  • Help plan internal events and create a warm office atmosphere.

  • Organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Experience with administrative processes in Spain is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience in events organization is a plus
