• Shift: 3rd Shift (7pm- 7:30am) 2.2.3 schedule
• The Packaging Operator is a multi-skilled associate responsible for maximizing the efficiency of packing lines and identifying and implementing continuous improvement while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards
• Can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• Maintain optimal packaging line efficiency and promptly escalate any deviations from standards or schedules
• Support peers in achieving the highest safety, quality, and efficiency standards throughout the packing hall
• Take responsibility for achieving the required GMP/GHP packaging scores
• Ensure cleaning regimes are consistently upheld and executed to the highest standards
• Actively participate in operational processes that drive business performance and continuous improvements

Perform additional tasks and ad hoc requests as needed

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email communication
• Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)
• Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment, and operate in confined spaces
• Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods, with shifts lasting 12 hours
• Capable of working in hot, cold and wet conditions

Proficient in understanding, communicating, reading, and writing in English

Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling, and gripping

• Hourly Rate: $26.87/hour + Shift Premium: $1.50/hour
• Starting Pay: $26.87/hour
• Shift Differential: $1.50/hour
