• Assist in preparing a wide range of gelatos, sorbets and plant based frozen desserts.
• Handle food production tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing recipies, and assembling pastry components efficiently
• Package finished products carefully for delivery, maintaining presentation quality and hygiene standards
• Follow food safety protocols during all stages of food handling and preparation to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Aid in maintaining cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment to uphold a safe and organized kitchen environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

• Proven experience in pastry making, baking, or culinary arts within a food industry setting
• Strong cake decorating skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
• Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent knife skills for precise cutting and shaping of ingredients
• Experience with packaging baked goods professionally for retail or catering purposes
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, piping tools, and refrigeration units
• Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team

Prior restaurant or catering experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
