In this role as Pay Transparency Associate , you will take on a key responsibility in being the frontline expert responsible for delivering transparent, accurate, and empathetic compensation service to all employees and external candidates. This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor, exceptional customer service, and strong policy compliance.

- What you’ll do
- High-Volume Multi-Channel Support: Manage a heavy volume of compensation inquiries via ticketing systems, phone, live chat, and email, prioritizing rapid and accurate first-contact resolution.
- De-escalation & Sensitive Communication: Expertly handle emotionally charged conversations regarding "pay anxiety" or perceived inequity, using active listening to restore trust while remaining neutral and professional.
- HRIS & Data Interpretation: Rapidly navigate systems like Workday and global databases to provide real-time, personalized insights into salary ranges, pay grades, and bonus eligibility.
- Complex Policy Translation: Act as a communication bridge, translating "HR speak" and technical terms (e.g., compa-ratios, market reference points) into clear, accessible language for a global audience.
- Trend Identification & Escalation: Meticulously document interactions to identify recurring "red flags" or systemic misunderstandings, synthesizing these into actionable reports for senior leadership.
- Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure all communications adhere strictly to internal policies and regional legal requirements, such as state-mandated salary disclosure laws in Europe and the US.
- What you’ll bring
- Educational & Professional Foundation: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR (or related field) plus 3–5 years of experience specifically in compensation or rewards programs, preferably within a multicultural shared services setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in Workday, Google Sheets, and data analytics tools to navigate global compensation databases and extract real-time salary/bonus data.
- Advanced Conflict Resolution: Expert at active listening and de-escalation; you must validate employee concerns regarding "pay anxiety" or inequity while maintaining a neutral, objective, and fact-based stance.
- Complex Data Translation: Acts as a "communication bridge" by translating technical "HR speak" (compa-ratios, market reference points, and legal jargon) into clear, plain English for a global audience.
- Strategic Documentation & Analysis: Responsible for meticulously logging interactions to identify "red flag" trends or systemic errors, synthesizing this data into actionable reports for senior leadership.
- Compliance & Project Management: Must manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring strict adherence to global salary disclosure laws and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
