As a People Partner, you’ll partner with senior business leaders and managers to develop and deliver on our people strategy, advance our company mission and enable leaders to build high impact, healthy teams to deliver outstanding results to Company users.
Advise and coach leaders and managers on org design and strategy, change management interventions and other key organizational initiatives focused on optimizing for efficiency, seamless cross-functional collaboration, and decentralized decision-making
