  • We're looking for a highly skilled Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our growing New York Branch!

Обязанности

  • Build an in-depth understanding of Company's products, features, and value proposition
  • Join sales reps on product Demo’s to complement their sales process, present and answer technical inquiries, and demo technical solutions on calls with prospects

Collaborate offline cross-departmentally to obtain resolution to prospect requirements- From support to Product and R&D- you’ll be expected to build relationships with your colleagues in order to leverage your resources for product know-how and ultimate technical resolution

  • Ability to manage many projects/ tasks simultaneously in an organized fashion in order to support the various sales reps and prospect opportunities you’ll be working on
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to IT services, remote monitoring and management (RMM), and professional services automation (PSA).

Требования

  • 3+ years experience in a technical presales, sales engineering, or solution consulting role
  • Strong technical acumen in IT operations, RMM / PSA and Helpdesk Ticketing Solutions (or similar platforms) - a must
  • Basic understanding of current AI LLMs - a must
  • Familiarity with workings of Windows OS - preferred, Mac and Linux- an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations and scripting - preferred, not required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Willingness to travel (the position may require travel to a conference or two occasionally)
  • Excitement for innovation and technology with a passion to work with people

Ability to commute to our NY based office 3 times per week

  • For this position, we offer a total annual salary of: $180,000.
