• As a Principal Consultant hire at Oracle Cerner, you will consult with Oracle Cerner clients to deliver optimization-based consulting services on the Continuous Improvement Delivery team
• Specifically, the Continuous Improvement Delivery specializes in short, data-driven optimization projects
• These projects are intended to achieve a measurable outcome as quickly as possible in way that engages the end-users in the process of delivering Oracle Cerner ’s Model Experience
• Each optimization project includes an Engagement Owner, Consultant(s) and Data Analyst who play an active role in achieving successful project outcomes
• You will also consult with clients on service line workflow, and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts
• You will provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders, drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients and mitigate solution risks and issues
• Lastly, you will execute workflow and process improvement strategies, lead client meetings and events and drive internal team initiatives
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

• An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients
• Ability to travel as needed
• At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
• At least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
• At least 7 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
• High School Diploma

• US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $158,200 per annum
