- As a Principal Consultant hire at Oracle Cerner, you will consult with Oracle Cerner clients to deliver optimization-based consulting services on the Continuous Improvement Delivery team
- Specifically, the Continuous Improvement Delivery specializes in short, data-driven optimization projects
- These projects are intended to achieve a measurable outcome as quickly as possible in way that engages the end-users in the process of delivering Oracle Cerner ’s Model Experience
- Each optimization project includes an Engagement Owner, Consultant(s) and Data Analyst who play an active role in achieving successful project outcomes
- You will also consult with clients on service line workflow, and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts
- You will provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders, drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients and mitigate solution risks and issues
- Lastly, you will execute workflow and process improvement strategies, lead client meetings and events and drive internal team initiatives
