• Understand the breadth of our product offering and market needs, working with engineering teams to deliver projects, and represent Studio in the Cloud in executive-level meetings
• Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
• Identify core process gaps, improve them, and establish organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related engineering field
• 8+ years of experience in a technical program management role

• Previous experience or understanding of cloud technologies, engineering, software, and systems development lifecycles
• Experience developing or managing engineering or product portfolio planning and tracking processes and cadences
• Experience efficiently and effectively communicating findings/progress to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and the broader organizations, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable driving teams to deliver results, speaking up, and challenging the status quo when needed
• Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment
