• This candidate will be responsible for operating rewind and finishing equipment to inspect and slit and finish labels to customers specifications
• As well as assist the Senior Press Operators or Press Operators to produce quality labels and product according to order specification
• Operate rewind and finishing equipment to inspect, slit, and finish labels to meet customer specifications
• Read order specs and prepare product for packing and shipment
• Inspect and remove defects; perform accurate re-splicing and tagging
• Pack product pre order requirements and assist press operators with setup and cleanup
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Communicate effectively with team members and follow all safety protocols

• Work Experience requirements:
• Company provides on the job training and training courses
• Flexographic experience helpful
• Reading and math at high school level
• Basic computer skills
• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to complete the printing job
