The Communications team builds and protects Company’s brand and influence across the world. We’re looking for a a superb writer and creative thinker, with entrepreneurial spirit, to help deepen the understanding of Company’s products, with a particular emphasis on Company’s crypto offerings; to work closely with our teams to produce imaginative and effective messaging; and to provide strategic counsel to our executive team.
This role is to lead global product communications for Company’s crypto offerings, including both Company’s native products and those of Bridge, the stablecoin company acquired by Company earlier this year. In addition, you’ll look after Company’s newest payments products beyond crypto.
Two important dimensions of this role include: (i) entrepreneurialism — you’ll work shoulder to shoulder with senior leaders and the teams building Company’s and Bridge’s crypto products to provide strategic counsel far beyond traditional comms. You’ll figure out from first principles how to maximize the chances of success, avoid pitfalls, and surgically raise awareness among just the right audiences. And (ii) flagship writing — you’ll bring superb analytical thinking and writing skills to bear on Company’s highest profile public moments such as company letters and executive keynotes. Across both, you will drive the development and articulation of Company’s vision for crypto and for the future of global money movement more generally.
Lead the development, articulation, and testing of Company’s long-term public vision for global money movement generally and crypto specifically, in particular as a substrate for economic exchange and growth (rather than as an investment vehicle or a store of value).

You might personally know some of the people shaping these conversations (or even be one yourself), but more importantly, you understand the culture, the discourse, and where the zeitgeist is heading next.
