  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development
  • Develop new bakery and sweet products including breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, desserts, traditional sweets, and innovative sweet products.
  • Create and test new formulations based on consumer preferences, market demand, and company strategy, ensuring successful application to scalable manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct laboratory trials, pilot testing, and oversee factory-scale production trials to validate product performance and ensure successful commercialization.
  • Manage the scaling of formulations from lab development to industrial production, ensuring consistency in quality, texture, taste, and shelf life.
  • Evaluate and test new raw materials, functional ingredients, and additives to improve product performance, nutritional value, and cost efficiency.
  • Market & Trend Analysis
  • Monitor global bakery and confectionery trends, emerging ingredients, and new product concepts.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation such as health-focused products, premium sweets, clean-label ingredients, and new flavor trends.
  • Translate market insights into new product concepts and product improvements.
  • Process Optimization
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth commercialization of products.
  • Improve existing formulations to enhance taste, texture, shelf life, and cost efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot formulation or production issues.
  • Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure all products meet food safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for formulations, trials, and product specifications.
  • Work closely with QA/QC teams to ensure product consistency and stability.

Требования

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D or product development in bakery or sweets manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of bakery ingredients, sweet formulations, and industrial baking processes.
  • Understanding of food safety systems such as HACCP, GMP, or similar standards.
