  • The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth

We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to represent the global business needs related to sales-facing tools and insights, synthesize regional business pain points to global root causes and clearly articulate the "why" with product and engineering teams, take global ownership to set and manage initiatives with regional GTM teams on value proposition, timelines, and success metrics

  • This is a highly cross-functional role that will require working seamlessly with Sales, MSO, Product and Finance
  • The role is based in New York
  • Define, build and lead global cross-functional programs to deliver end-to-end solutions that enable commercial insights development and delivery via online systems & practices
  • Partner with regional GTM teams, global and regional sales teams and product teams to keep stakeholders informed, set product adoption goals, develop GTM strategies, track and analyze performance, and drive adoption of sales tools and insights
  • Drive and influence product strategy and process optimization, proactively identify problems, align on priorities, and set direction for product team
  • Responsible for synthesizing and prioritizing business requirements in partnership with GTM partners
  • Build strong, trusting partnerships to readily mobilize people and influence across a broad range of partners, leaders, and organizations
  • Interacting and occasionally having unsupervised contact with internal/external clients and/or colleagues;

Appropriately handling and managing confidential information including proprietary and trade secret information and access to information technology systems; and

  • 5+ years of product marketing or product operations experience in digital advertising, media, or tech industries

Experience managing complex cross-functional teams, track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

  • The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $244889 annually
  • Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location
  • Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units
  • Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location
  • Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others

Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure)
