• The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing manufacturing operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production
• This role provides leadership across production teams, manages schedules and resources, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to meet organizational goals related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Plan, coordinate, and manage daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets
• Develop and execute production plans and schedules aligned with demand forecasts and supply chain capabilities
• Oversee inventory management, material flow, and coordination with supply chain and procurement teams
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor production metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Lead and develop production teams, including hiring, training, performance management, and workforce planning
• Implement and sustain lean manufacturing principles, including continuous improvement, waste reduction, and process optimization
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to improve manufacturing processes and resolve production issues
• Utilize manufacturing systems such as ERP, MRP, and MES to manage production data, reporting, and decision-making

• Minimum of8 years of experiencein a production or manufacturing environment with progressively increasing responsibility
• Demonstrated experience in:
• Production planning and scheduling
• Quality control and assurance
• Team management and leadership
• Experience in a related industry such asmarine, aerospace, or automotive manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing software systems, includingERP, MRP, and/or MES platforms

Proven experience applyinglean manufacturing principles, including continuous improvement, waste reduction, and process optimization
