• The Production Scientist will support laboratory and production operations by preparing buffers, weighing chemicals, following SOPs, and assisting with validation and documentation activities
• This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in Microbiology or Molecular Biology to gain hands-on lab experience in a regulated environment
• Complete assigned work orders according to established standards
• Prepare buffers and accurately weigh chemicals
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment
• Follow SOPs and batch records to ensure quality and safety compliance
• Operate lab and production equipment safely and competently
• Update or create documentation using ManGo / TrackWise systems
• Participate in team meetings and validation activities
• Train coworkers when required
