- The Phase 1 QA resource will focus on manual user acceptance testing (UAT) in a production environment for a crypto exchange platform
- This includes validating front-end workflows for crypto-to-crypto transactions only
Daily tasks involve executing predefined test scripts provided by the product team, covering account creation, KYC verification, MFA setup, deposits and withdrawals via external wallets, instant swaps, advanced spot trading (~30 pairs), password changes, report generation, verification level upgrades, account closure, and help center interactions (e.g., stuck transactions)
- The tester will document all steps and issues in Jira and Confluence, communicate daily with the WBUS Product team and WB Global, and ensure all functionality meets regulatory and usability standards before the December 19 deadline
- The Phase 2 QA resource will perform more extensive testing beyond UAT, including deeper integration checks, regression testing, and collaboration with developers and designers to resolve issues
- Responsibilities include creating and managing Jira tickets, validating fixes, and conducting compatibility testing across multiple browsers and devices (web and mobile)
The tester will also provide recommendations for accessibility (ADA compliance) and UI/UX improvements, and may run basic automation scripts if tools are defined
