Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and attracting the best talent while providing an excellent candidate experience.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Facilitate the interview process and provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiations and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and promote company culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
• 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Fluency in English is required .
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
