- The role partners with recruiters and hiring managers to craft job descriptions, maintain the ATS (Ashby), screen candidates, coordinate interview logistics, and ensure a positive candidate experience

- Develop and maintain detailed job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with hiring managers to attract the right talent
- Utilize the ATS effectively to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate reports on recruitment metrics
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit, ensuring only the most suitable candidates move forward
- Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and communicating with candidates to confirm details
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards throughout the recruitment process
