• The position is in person, during core business hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional on-call clinical coverage in a setting that is open 24/7
• This coverage may include nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs occur
• Reports to Director Global Employee Health, collaborates with multidisciplinary team including nurse practitioners, RN’s, paramedics and MA’s
• Management of occupational and non-occupational illnesses and injuries including medical emergencies: triage, perform nursing interventions, referral to the appropriate level of care
• Case management of work-related injuries in collaboration with key stakeholders and WC Third Party Administrator
• Assessment and disposition of employees returning to work from personal and work-related absences

Perform tasks related to medical surveillance program: reviewing questionnaires, administering vaccinations, collecting lab specimens, testing vision, performing audiometry and spirometry, and reviewing results of tests for determination of follow up actions

• Participation and collaboration with Health Services team to plan and implement wellness activities including vaccination campaigns and other company sponsored events
• A dedicated team player with a learning mindset is essential

This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely

• Must have an active PA nursing license in good standing
• Proficiency required in triage of patients, medication administration via route ordered, and in documentation of care including use of an electronic medical record
