• In this role, you will play a crucial part in defining and delivering the Enterprise MDM vision, strategy, rollout, and governance
• You will be responsible for managing a team of global MDM practitioners, ensuring that data accuracy, consistency, and reliability are maintained
• Your leadership will drive significant improvements in data quality and adherence to data standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish effective data governance policies
• Develop and implement master data management strategies utilizing SAP master data and Reltio platforms
• Lead and mentor a team of MDM professionals to improve data quality and adherence to standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data governance policies specific to master data
• Oversee design and implementation of enterprise master data management solutions
• Conduct audits and assessments of master data to identify and resolve quality issues
• Provide technical guidance on data integration processes between enterprise applications and MDM platforms
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in master data management
• Oversee configuration and maintenance of materials, vendors, and customers in MDM applications
• Drive MDM strategy through measurable OKRs and KPIs

Manage the life cycle of Data Domains from inception to production

• Bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in Master Data Management technologies
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data platforms and Analytics
• Experience managing a global team across geographies
• Background in pharmaceuticals or healthcare industries
• Expertise in Reltio and SAP Master Data Management
• Experience managing remote teams and delivering quality solutions
• Proficient with cloud-based platforms
• Familiar with OKRs and KPIs
