[Remote] Protocol Sales Associate, Capital Formation

  • Market Coinbase’s suite of products & services to protocol teams and token issuers on a global basis
  • Provide white-glove sales and relationship management coverage for token issuers
  • Structure, negotiate, and execute agreements for protocol specific products: Liquifi, token sales, and prime
  • Assist senior team members in generating, filtering, and pursuing leads and responding to inbound opportunities
  • Communicate and align with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with product leaders to synthesize product feedback from clients to help inform product roadmap
  • Identify broader cross selling opportunities and leverage other SME’s in the team
  • Drive client acquisition and manage a portfolio of VIP global clients, ensuring strong, long-lasting relationships
  • Build rapport and deepen connections with existing clients through frequent, proactive communication, and relationship expansion
  • Fierce passion for the rapidly evolving crypto industry, with a commitment to staying current on the latest trends and innovations
  • Strong team collaboration - This role crosses all functions of Coinbase (Platform, Consumer, Base, and Institutional) and across all Product, Legal, Marketing, Business Development, and Sales
  • Entrepreneurial - This individual will bring new ideas and methods to the table

Involved in sales at a competing custodian, exchange, token sale or crypto trading platform

Требования

3+ years relevant experience, preferably in a sales/business development role for a crypto company, trading or custody environment, traditional finance sales (i.e investment banking), and/or enterprise sales

  • It is critical that this individual has strong team-working skills
  • Driven - Individual will need to be a self-starter and motivated to push for results without micro-management
  • Creative dealmaking and commercial opportunity identification
  • Strong strategic thinking, client-facing communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal communication: you can break down complex subjects into simple, logical language
  • Have led the go-to-market of a token launch at a crypto protocol
  • Experience at a traditional financial institution

Sell side investment banking experience
