• Perform antibody conjugation
• Conduct purification and characterization of small molecules and antibody conjugates using appropriate techniques
• Accurately record all experimental procedures, observations and results in the laboratory e-Notebook
• Summarize and communicate data to the project team in meetings and updates
• Operate and maintain specialized lab equipment and instrumentation

The successful candidate will support discovery research and contribute directly to the design, synthesis, purification and characterization of small molecule payloads, linker-payload intermediates, and antibody drug conjugates, as well as ensure day-to-day laboratory readiness and safe operations

• Under minimal supervision, plan and execute multi-step synthesis of payload and linker-payload intermediates; perform antibody conjugation
• Perform general lab housekeeping activities, ensuring a clean, safe workspace

Comply with all lab safety guidelines, SOP’s and relevant regulations

• Working knowledge of standard laboratory practices is required
• Experience operating and maintaining laboratory instrumentation

Experience working in environments requiring heightened safety practices

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline with 2+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline

• Payrate: $26.00 - $27.00/hr
• Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $26.00 - $27.00/hr
• Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law
• Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience
