Bliss + Lex is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager with a background in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium customer service environments to lead our sales floor and elevate performance. This role is ideal for a polished, service-driven leader who understands how to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving sales, coaching teams, and executing daily retail operations. Cannabis experience is not required. However, proven retail sales leadership experience is essential. We are looking for strong sales leadership, a hospitality mindset, and operational excellence.

• Sales Leadership & Performance
• Set, communicate, and execute clear store and team sales goals
• Drive key performance metrics including:
• Average Order Value (AOV)
• Units per transaction
• Upsell and attachment rates
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and adjust strategy as needed
• Lead the sales floor by example with a strong, guest-focused presence
• Luxury Service & Team Development
• Train and coach staff on hospitality-driven selling techniques, including:
• Relationship-based selling
• Needs discovery and personalized recommendations
• Elevated customer engagement
• Foster a culture of warmth, professionalism, and accountability
• Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance check-ins
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of high-performing team members
• Scheduling & Retail Operations
• Create and manage schedules to ensure optimal coverage and service standards
• Balance labor efficiency with premium customer experience
• Oversee daily store operations and sales floor execution
• Maintain high standards for store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising
• Communication & Compliance
• Act as a liaison between ownership and frontline staff
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies and procedures
• Support in-store promotions, events, and brand activations

• Strong understanding of sales metrics and retail KPIs
• POS and sales reporting experience
• Experience with scheduling, staffing, and performance management
• Flexibility and the ability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings

• Pay Range: $66,500 – $72,000 annually, based on experience, plus performance incentives
