As a Retail Store Supervisor , you will lead regional and multi‑unit operations, ensuring operational efficiency, financial control, and high service standards. You will be responsible for driving the expansion of the offline channel, optimizing processes, managing sales teams, and strengthening strategic relationships to secure profitable growth and a strong operational performance across your region.
- Supervise daily operations of ticket offices and points of sale, ensuring sufficient staffing and compliance with operational standards.
- Ensure accurate daily cash reconciliation and proper execution of security protocols and internal controls.
- Act as the primary escalation point for resolving critical incidents to maintain regional operational continuity.
- Generate and deliver timely and accurate operational and financial reports.
- Lead training, onboarding, performance monitoring, and recruitment efforts for ticket office staff and Shop Managers.
- Achieve and exceed sales KPIs, driving the growth of the offline channel and enhancing customer experience.
- Identify expansion opportunities, evaluate external agencies, and manage their full onboarding (training, processes, standards).
- Monitor the performance of ticket offices and agencies, strengthening processes and ensuring continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with local authorities and collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth operations.
- About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Tourism, Operations, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience supervising regional or multi‑unit operations, preferably in retail, transportation, tourism, or entertainment.
- Intermediate‑advanced English for internal communication and reporting.
- Experience in commercial expansion, including opening points of sale and developing new channels.
- Knowledge of operational management, financial control, cash reconciliation, and security standards.
- Familiarity with KPIs, data analysis, reporting, and intermediate‑advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong leadership, effective communication, strategic thinking, decision‑making, negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
