  • As a Sales Development Representative on the SMB DACH team, you will drive inbound and outbound prospecting to generate qualified sales leads, support account mapping and penetration, and hand off opportunities to Account Executives
  • The role requires close collaboration with the wider sales organization, market research to identify potential customers, and consistent follow-up until meetings are set
  • This is a fast-paced, remote position focused on scaling revenue in the DACH market through high-volume outreach and thoughtful lead qualification
  • Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that turn into opportunities and closed business
  • Learn from the sales team and contribute to building out the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack
  • Educate and develop leads via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and assorted campaigns
  • Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, support marketing activities and prospect touch-points, and manage the handoff to an Account Executive
  • Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role (minimum 1 year required)
  • Full professional proficiency in German and English
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; self-motivated and results-driven with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to self-source solutions and actively build relationships across internal and external teams
  • Ability to write effective email copy and sequence campaigns that convert
  • Work arrangement: remote role supporting the DACH market; ability to work in a remote, distributed team is required
