  • As a Sales Development Representative, Mid
  • Market, you will be responsible for breaking into new accounts, generating and qualifying leads, and building relationships across multiple contacts within target customer segments
  • The role focuses on inbound and outbound prospecting, market research, and collaboration with Account Executives and the wider sales team to convert outreach into pipeline and closed business
  • This is a remote, quota-driven position that emphasizes process improvement, outreach execution, and contributing to the company’s growth playbook
  • Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business
  • Learn from experienced sales team members and contribute to building out the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack
  • Educate and develop leads through phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and assorted campaigns
  • Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of lead generation processes, support marketing activities and prospect touch-points, and manage the handoff to Account Executives
  • Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set

Communication with applicants will typically use Deel-specific emails (e.g., @deel.com and certain acquired company domains)

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Native or fluent in English and French
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn with the ability to work autonomously and self-source solutions
  • Active relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows
  • Ability to write effective email copy and sequence campaigns that convert
