• This position will be responsible for leading scrum ceremonies, organizing and motivating software development teams to deliver software that provides exceptional business value to users

• Perform Scrum Master duties for multiple teams
• Facilitate team ceremonies and remove any roadblocks to the team's work
• Lead and coach the team in self-organization by utilizing Scrum or Kanban practices to foster a sense of ownership and accountability

• Manage Azure DevOps boards to maintain established structure and processes
• Work towards increasing team productivity by analyzing data and creating possible solutions
• Perform monthly project updates to track the development roadmap of the team
• Advocate for the use of automation to streamline repetitive tasks and improve overall efficiency
• Resource Management
• Manage resource allocation, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools, skills, and support to perform their tasks effectively
• Identify and address potential resource constraints or bottlenecks
• Report on resource utilization and manage capacity for the team
• Project Planning and Coordination
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines
• Respond to changes in project scope, priorities, or requirements by adjusting plans and priorities accordingly
• Coordinate activities among team members and other relevant stakeholders
• Act as a liaison between the technical delivery team and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication
• Provide regular updates on project/development progress, milestones, and potential challenges to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Technical Writers, and the software development team to ensure that technical documentation is up to date
• Identify and assess project risks, working with the team to develop mitigation plans
• Proactively address issues and obstacles that may impact product delivery

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level role or external equivalent
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as extensive knowledge of both agile and traditional project management principles and practices
• Prior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects
• Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members including Developers, Business Analyst, and QA personnel
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience working remotely and household setup conducive to remote work

The annual full time base salary range for this role is $85,000.00 - $100,000.00

• Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data
• Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval
