  • Job DescriptionThe Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile practices within the team, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, and enabling continuous improvement
  • This role acts as a servant leader, removing impediments and fostering collaboration between team members and stakeholders
  • Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives
  • Coach the team and organization on Agile principles and Scrum framework
  • Collaborate with Product Owner to ensure backlog is well-groomed and prioritized
  • Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts to maintain team productivity
  • Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality delivery

Ensure transparency of progress and risks across teams and stakeholders

Требования

  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

Excellent facilitation, communication, and servant leadership skills

Proficiency in Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent

  • The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: USD 85k to 95kCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws
