• Today, critical assets (images, video, PDFs) are scattered across tools and teams, making reuse, governance, organization, and performance insights hard
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, data scientists and engineers to plan and build product capabilities that enable our ambitious visual development goals
• Co-create new and improved functionality across multiple areas of the Webflow technology stack using technologies such as React, Javascript/Typescript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, and MongoDB
• Tackle complex technical challenges on a collaborative and geographically distributed team

• The ideal candidate can move fast but with high quality, and views the early stages of product development as a creative canvas and opportunity for high impact
• Have 5+ years of experience shipping features and products
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Have backend development experience with Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
• Possess strong understanding of web development best practices and principles, including responsive design and accessibility standards

• Love thinking through large technical problems and working through that complexity on a collaborative, distributed team
• Are comfortable building up a mental model of a product and architecture through reading code and debugging existing software

• The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets

We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate's geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills

• Zone A: $150,100 - $207,100
• Zone B: $141,550 - $194,800
• This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program
• Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level
