This role sits within the Digital Transformation function of the People & Organization department . You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering complex global HR technology initiatives by combining deep HR tech expertise, solution architecture, and strong project execution capabilities.
- You will design scalable HR system architectures, lead global system and vendor transitions, and ensure our HR technology landscape remains compliant, future-ready, and aligned to our operating model.

- This is a 1-year fixed-term role (with potential extension) , based in Bangalore or Gurugram (hybrid model) , our India hubs, covering a global scope.
- Automation: Strong hands-on experience in Scripting process/task automations using niche technologies like UiPath StudioX, Power Automate, Python, GenAI LLMs and ability to build API/SFTP integrations and building middleware solutions
- Solution Architecture Design: Analyze HR processes & system landscape reviews using BPMN & lean methodologies, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable to-be processes and HR Tech system landscapes
Tech Evaluation & Adoption : Scout emerging HR technology solutions and partner with FlixTech to design workflows, evaluate integration options (APIs, SFTP, etc.) and build system architecture designs. Create data-driven business cases for project budget allocation.
- Technical Project Delivery : Lead delivery of high-impact global HR Tech projects with multiple workstreams (scope, plan, RAID, benefits, budgets, vendors) and building risk management frameworks using Jira
Project Reporting & Governance: Maintain BPMN process documentation, embed processes in HR service delivery model, run project governance & stakeholder bodies, set internal control points & risk frameworks, compliance and data privacy frameworks as per internal and external regulatory standards
- About You
- 5+ years of experience in HR Tech transformation as a Senior Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or RPA Automation Developer
- Strong hands-on experience delivering global Workday architecture implementations , system redesigns, or HRIS architecture transformations (Workday is mandatory)
- Experience with system architecture redesigns, integrations (API, SFTP, middleware), cloud environments, and data flows
- Proven experience driving global HR tech initiatives with multi-country stakeholders in vendor-heavy ecosystems
- Hands-on Jira portfolio management, Confluence documentation, BPMN modelling, test strategy design (SIT/UAT)
- University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, HR Tech, or related field
- Certifications in architecture, RPA, Automation or project management (PMP / SAFe / Scrum / Six Sigma/UiPath or similar)
