• We're looking for a Business Compliance Manager who'll support and advise our product teams on compliance requirements and related controls within the first line of defence
• Providing compliance domain expertise to 1LoD and offering solutions to compliance problem statements
• Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams
• Steering retail products through the complex regulatory landscape
• Ensuring every product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curve
• Identifying potential compliance risks in our retail offerings
• Creating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challenges
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cutting-edge compliance policies that meet legal requirements and drive business growth
• Empowering product teams with the knowledge and tools they need, making compliance a seamless part of the innovation process

Serving as the go-to expert and liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring our products shine in audits

• A minimum of 8 years' experience in regulatory compliance
• Experience in a top-tier bank, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company
• An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
• Highly adaptable skills to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
