We are looking for a Senior Commercial Ops Manager to join our Commercial team based in the Milan office
The primary role of the Commercial Ops Associate is to support the commercial leadership team on developing processes and strategic commercial projects
As part of this role, you will be responsible of the entire GTM to improve efficiency and ways of working
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director and working closely with the Head of Sales and Head of Restaurants, your responsibilities will include:
Build new processes: identify process bottlenecks and areas for improvement within commercial operations by implementing solutions to enhance efficiency
Ad-hoc analysis : supporting the Restaurant team with ad-hoc analyses and efficient reporting structure for commercial and marketing activities
Tools and commercial features : being the point of contact for implementing new commercial features/ tools collaborating with HQ and company partners
You oversee the go-to-market strategy
Provide detailed analysis on new tools and feature commercial adoption
Special projects: participate in projects to support process optimisation and strategic initiative implementation

Min 4 year work experience in an analytical environment
Proficient in MS Office
Analytical, structured and data-driven, with a keen eye for detail
You are very organised
Problem-solving lover, with a track record of generating and executing on innovative ideas and solutions
