• Our ideal teammate likes to make the complicated simple; provide clarity out of the messiness; and make any product copy sound clear and human
• 3+ years experience in product writing, content strategy, and/or copywriting, with a demonstrated record of writing successful product copy with measurable impact
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools
• Experience prototyping with AI tools is a big plus.* Experience creating and applying style guides and related artifacts to help others write successfully
• Ability to track the effects of your work across multiple teams, and proactively manage issues and complexity
• Leadership skills: the ability to give strong, thoughtful feedback, and an active drive to help others improve

• The typical base salary range for this position is $143,300 - $216,700 annually

In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $172,000 - $236,500 annually
