About the Role

  • We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager to join our BidMachine Premium Programmatic Advertising Exchange team.

In this role, you’ll focus on the demand side of our business — building relationships with partners, optimizing inventory flow, and maximizing revenue opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) and external partners to ensure customer success and long-term growth.

  • The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive, and fluent in AdTech dynamics — with experience in SSPs, DSPs, PMPs, Ad Exchanges, Agencies, and Brands.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for key demand partners, maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Support and grow existing client accounts, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Help customers optimize monetization strategies using BidMachine’s exchange and tools.
  • Monitor and fine-tune QPS settings and ensure the health of integrations across partners.
  • Provide strategic guidance and troubleshoot client issues to maximize performance and revenue potential.
  • Develop tailored growth plans for assigned partners, aligned with KPIs such as UA, Monetization, and Product metrics.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for partners on best practices in programmatic advertising and mobile monetization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to advocate for client needs and improve our offerings.
  • Analyze customer data, prepare reports and insights , and forecast performance trends.

Требования

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development in the AdTech / Programmatic ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of SSPs, DSPs, RTB, and programmatic trading .
  • Hands-on experience with demand-side partners (e.g., Moloco, Adikteev, Liftoff) and brand / agency clients .
  • Familiarity with attribution platforms (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular) is a plus.
  • Ability to create clear documentation (e.g., QBRs, reports, success plans).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English .
