We are looking for a strategic, highly analytical Senior Data Analyst to join our team as we transition our advertising model to a pay-for-performance structure. In this dual-impact role, you will serve as the critical bridge between Marketing, Sales, Yield, and Product teams.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of advertising data—from tracking how we acquire site traffic to optimizing how we monetize that traffic. Your work will directly influence our marketing spend, pricing strategies, and inventory management to maximize overall revenue and growth.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into a narrative for non-technical stakeholders; a self-starter mindset with high attention to detail. Comfort with ambiguity, complexity, and identifying the best path forward with light guidance.
Domain Familiarity: Knowledge of lead funnels, marketing attribution, and ROAS; Experience with ad servers and configuration platforms (e.g., Kevel, Placements.io ); Familiarity with event tracking (Segment, Google Analytics) and CRM data (Salesforce, HubSpot).
