- Collaborate with Data Platform team to define and execute the data product roadmap, including both strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
- Champion product-driven approach and be the voice of all internal stakeholders / customers.
- The team will be looking up to you as the expert on all use cases, pain points, requirements and needs of the business.
- Take responsibility for financial reporting and FinOps, building out accurate and precise data instruments.
- Work closely with BA and operational teams, enabling them to make data-driven decisions.
In collaboration with engineering leads, take responsibility for improving data quality, systemic improvement of data architecture, upgrading SLA and monitoring procedures, working through legacy and debt challenges, as well as taking care of data compliance.
- 5+ years in data product management is a must.
- Experience in Ad tech , online marketing, user acquisition or similar fields is a must.
- Very high technical proficiency: working with raw data (druid, databricks, parquet files, etc).
- Strong grasp of data infrastructure, including ETL pipelines, APIs, and ML fundamentals.
- Resilience.
- Analytical requirements: proven ability to decompose ambiguous problems into data-driven specifications and actionable business insights.
