The Role
- We’re looking for an experienced (Senior) Director to lead our influencer marketing team and own our global creator strategy from our New York headquarters.
In this role, you’ll ensure HelloFresh remains a pioneer in the creator economy—while setting the vision for the next phase of innovation. You’ll combine deep expertise in influencer marketing and performance-driven paid media to elevate our global programs, scale our operations, and ensure best-in-class creator content reaches millions of customers around the world.
- You’ll be responsible for identifying scalable opportunities, optimizing cross-market performance, and driving measurable impact. You’ll collaborate with local market teams across all continents and report directly to our Global VP of Marketing .
- What you’ll do
- Lead and evolve HelloFresh’s global influencer marketing strategy, setting best practices and scaling successful models across all markets.
- Own a pipeline of central projects across automation, paid content amplification, onboarding of nano and micro influencers, data enrichment and AI.
- Own and grow our global creator programs, from ambassador communities to paid partnerships, co-branded campaigns and content utilisation across paid and organic channels.
- Drive performance by integrating influencer content into the full marketing funnel—including amplification, darkposting, and partnership ads.
- Partner with local and central teams to guide execution, optimize budget allocation, and track performance across channels and countries.
- Develop global frameworks, tooling, and playbooks to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and scale with consistency.
- Negotiate global partnerships, lead agency relationships, and foster a diverse, high-performing creator ecosystem.
- Monitor trends, platforms, and creator innovations to keep HelloFresh at the forefront of the creator economy.
- Be the face of the channel for our local and central senior leaders and advocate for it in performance reviews, budgeting sessions and leadership meetings.
- What you’ll bring
- 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with proven success in a global or multi-market leadership role.
- Deep understanding of the creator landscape across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch.
- Strong track record of performance-oriented influencer campaigns and experience integrating creators into paid media strategies.
- Experience managing international teams or stakeholders and scaling marketing programs across diverse regions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align central and local priorities, and provide easy-to-digest information for central and local leaders.
- A data-driven mindset: you’re comfortable working with performance metrics, budget reports, and media effectiveness analyses.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
